Приєднався 15 бер 2019
Welcome to 3DQue's official UA-cam channel! On this channel, you'll learn about cutting-edge automated 3D printing technology, as well as some cool tech demos, helpful mods, how-to guides, and more!
3DQue Systems is a 3D printing technology startup. 3D printing is still a very manual process, but it doesn't have to be. We automate 3D printing with software so that minimal interaction is required to run a 3D printer farm. With automation software and hardware, one person can run a 50 printer farm by themselves without needing to hire anyone. Automatic print job scheduling, automatic in-process monitoring for failures and defects, and automatic print ejection allowing 24/7 production.
Longer term, we aim to build infrastructure for distributed digital plastics manufacturing. We believe in the power of automation, and with automated 3D printing, you can produce high volumes of plastic parts in-house, saving on shipping, reducing carbon emissions, and greatly reducing lead times.

Mandelbrot Bridge.
You copied the idea that's how you came up with it !!
I have a ender 3 v2 neo and when ever I heat the nozzle up filament just starts dropping out and extruding by itself and then after a while it gets under extrusion beacasue some of the extra plastic that gets stuck on the nozzle a clogs. Does anyone know how to fix this?
why not just turn it sideways
Works tha same as stacking cards same maths
Reminds me of lemmings setting up stairs lol
Within what timeframe would it be available on regular A1?
We are testing it now. Manual mode works great, auto mode should be available next month.
A tower of lyre

@@patrlabu ??
@3DQue I misspelled the first time. But this is not even the same type of mathematical problem. Ps this reminds me of when 3d pens first came out and seemed like they could handle drawing in 3d. Reality was christmas vacation making parts in 2d on wax paper one year for a little. Then ended up giving it away to a kid to play with with some spool cutoffs.
@@patrlabu The innovation is programming it into 3D print slicing software. This has not been done before.
That's what i love about the open community
Us too!
Yea but it looks like shit.
Most early prototypes do.
And we salute you for it 🫡
Thx!
This could save alot of plastic
We sure hope so!
Seems like a damaging fall
It does, doesn't it? 3D printed parts are surprisingly resilient. In 5 years of testing auto ejection, we have dropped thousands of prints from as high as 2m without damage.
@@3DQue So falling on top of other prints won't damage them? I am not only speaking of actual breaks, I mean the cosmetics. Customers in mind.
@@g0d77 We haven't seen any issues but I'm sure there are certain geometries that could pose problems.
HOW DO YOU DO THIS WITH A 3D CONCRETE PRINTER
EXCELLENT QUESTION!
They look just like the bead of a weld 😍
So we've heard! Nice to have it in 3DP gcode, though
Lfmao you made this free 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Freeeeeeee!
Clever and funny
And fun to watch :)
This is actually better, cause it reduces plastic waste and saves money on filament as well.
Yes! And the majority of 3D printing is made with plant-based plastics.
Ur Not printing in thin air you’re just printing without braces
True. The only thing holding up the overhang is .... uhhhh...
Auto-ekection on the A1 Mini, i see P1P...^^
Where is A1 mini?
@@3DQue The description for me says "Auto-ejection on the A1 Mini!"
@@highlander5521 Weird. I don't see that on this video at all.
Yes same here XD
@@elriem-vm6yc Huh
You didn’t come up with anything. There are no original ideas.
Clearly.
That is dumb and a WASTE of plastic! Stop it!
It actually saves a significant amount of plastic. Currently these types of overhangs require supports which are printed with the part. This prototype uses less than 20g (0.7 ounces) of plastic. Most of the development work will be incorporating it into slicers which is software development and requires no physical model.
Cantilever?
Yes, I believe a lever can.
Bro invented a foundational technique of 3D printing and he doesn't even know
Foundations are meant to be built upon!
No one asked
And you know this ... how?
But what’s the easiest way to implement in prints? Mods or plugins for a slicer if so which one, I’m just getting back into printing it’s been too long
People are working on getting it into a slicer.
Is this software free? I had a look at the website, but no mention of pricing.
You can get a 100 hrs/mo free - download onto a Raspberry Pi 4 2GB here: www.3dque.com/autofarm3d-free-download
@@3DQue what is the pricing after that?
@@UnCoolDad Depends on your configuration. Send us an email with specifics on number of printers, print volume, issues you want automation to solve, etc. Info@ 3dque.com
@@3DQue I don't have any requirements yet - still scoping out, but it sounds like what you have is a SAAS licensing model with pricing you make up as you go, and potentially will go up in the future. I'll be honest - this isn't very encouraging. Why not just publish your pricing structure?
@@UnCoolDad Some people just need failure detection but want it air gapped, some people want automated part removal, others just want automation for workflow. The hardware requirements for these vary signficantly depending on the number and type of printers. For example, Prusa MK3 farm can only connect 4 printers per hub since MK3 are not network enabled while Bambu farm can connect 10 printers per hub since they are already network enabled. Some people are comfortable using RPi others are not. Some understand their local network setup and capacity others don't.
Dude.. thats the exact same method i used to build huge tree bases in ark survival XD i used the circular tree mounted platforms and connected them to themselves and just branched from there
Cool!
I want to see an attachment for a woodworking router that can be used to weaponize that scarf machine.
Hmmmm
Why only Arc Geometry? ;-) And what about combinations of shapes? 😮
Good questions! Let's see what people do with it ...
its crouching
Crouching Chanterelle, Hidden Dragonfruit
I want to use the auto farm, but we have many problems that we can not connect to bambu p1s,please help us with that,we have more than 100 bambu p1s.
Inventing something that many people use must feel amazing!
It does!
Mmmm all those microplastics
Why do I hear the voice of cookie monster? In all seriousness, though. We too are concerned about plastics in the environment. One of the reasons we want to see 3D printing replace injection molding is to replace petroleum-based plastic with plant-based plastic (72% of 3d printing filament used is PLA - Bambu Lab 2024). Another is that 3D printed parts can be made on demand reducing overproduction waste. And 3D printed parts can be produced close to the end-user (some of our customers have printers right on their assembly line or in their retail store). This significantly reduces the shipping distance by thousands of miles. 3D printing is not a major contributor to microplastic pollution. This primarily comes from clothing, tires, and things like building and marine coatings. Synthetic textiles are the single greatest contributors to engineered microplastics in the ocean, accounting for 35 percent of the total volume. Polyester, nylon, acrylic, and other synthetic fibers - each a form of plastic - make up 60 percent of the fabric content of our clothes. Tires: 28% City Dust: 24% www.horiba.com/int/scientific/resources/science-in-action/where-do-microplastics-come-from/#:~:text=Microplastics%20come%20from%20synthetic%20textiles,products%20and%20engineered%20plastic%20pellets. Sorry for getting on our soapbox ... your comment is a clever way to bring awareness to this important topic. If you have any insights into initiatives for recyling or composting 3D prints please let us know!
put this in orca slicer pls
Yes! Yes!
It’s like a tree fungus
We could print the tree, too!
I’ll try this out. Tomorrow I will get my first 3d printer, which is an elegoo Neptune 3 Pro
Sweeeeet!
The way of fungus fractals 😂
FF for FFF printing
How do you do this on the X1c
Same way - with AutoFarm3D
How did you do that I’d like to do it for my a1 mini
What’s the name of this setting? On cura

Can anyone explain to me why it seems like a ground breaking idea? As someone who never did 3D printing. It looks like you just have to do it slowly so the materials have enough time to cool down to the point where it won't sag when you lay another line. Again. I'm just trying to understand why it's such a brilliant idea.
3D printing has been around since 1989 and this is the first time someone was able to create gcode (programming) to get the printer to do it.
Are we still trying 23 d print ourselves floss containers?
LOLZ ... may be a good idea ... cut down on waste if the containers were reusable and just sold the rolls :)
Bro really claiming to invent balconies like they haven't been around thousands of years
Huh. There has been gcode to 3D print balconies for thousands of years? Wonder why none of the slicers have it then.
ah yes the ancient romans too used 3d printers
@@harrietjameson Interestingly, researchers are using ancient roman concrete as a template for 3D printing coral reef preservation materials.
Will this work with bambu slicer?
Yes it does. Built into AutoFarm3D.
Cause you saw it on other channels....
Nope. They saw it on here.
An application of the block overhang problem I see
Tru dat
Does the farm also take off the purge lines? Or does it no print them.
Minecraft
What settings did you use to get hang over hang to print?
